We are currently interviewing freelance creative, technology, and business/sales professionals with the following qualifications:

Senior Visual Designer
• 10+ years experience designing for leading web-based companies or interactive agency
• Exceptional online portfolio, communication and client management skills
• Ability to lead and produce wide range of creative interactive concepts and solutions
• Expert in designing for standards-based HTML and Flash
• Bachelor’s Degree from a leading design school

Visual Designer
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience designing for leading web-based companies or interactive agencies
• Ability to work quickly and accurately within team environment
• Online portfolio demonstrating solid typography and layout skills
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent working experience

Senior Interaction Designer
• Minimum of 5 years experience designing for leading web-based companies or interactive agencies
• Exceptional documentation, communication and client management skills
• Detailed diagramming, conceptualization and analysis skills; wireframes, flows, heuristic evaluations (OmniGraffle, InDesign)
• M.S. in cognitive science or interaction design preferred

Flash Developer
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience designing for leading web-based companies or interactive agencies
• Exceptional online portfolio (e.g., interactive games to simple ad banners)
• Ability to work quickly and accurately within team environment
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent working experience

Client-Side/Front-End Developer
• Minimum of 5 years experience designing for leading web-based companies or interactive agencies
• Exceptional work samples, communication and client management skills
• Strong understanding of current trends, standards, and best practices in web development
• Expert in writing standards-compliant XHTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Familiarity with XML, MySQL, PHP, Ruby on Rails, and CMS frameworks • Strong sense of design and typography fundamentals

Business Development Lead
• Minimum of 5 years experience in interactive sales or business development in agency/consulting environment
• Understanding of web development lifecycle and services, marketing, trends and general marketplace
• Ability to negotiate, define, and deliver proposal and RFP responses
• M.S./M.B.A., or equivalent working experience preferred
• Compensation is commission-based with the potential for long-term relationship
