Challenge

As a start-up business providing personal video sharing services, Motionbox needed to increase their visitor conversion. Based on their business needs, Radiant UX recommended an analysis and redesign of the First-Time Visitor Experience. Their goal was to familiarize, educate, and motivate users to join the service.

Solution

Radiant UX's user experience leads focused on two key user scenarios: 1) qualified visits to the non-member home page via search links and word of mouth, and 2) virally through shared video experiences via friends and family who are members of Motionbox.
