In order to ensure the success of any challenge, our team members work with the project's key players in a combined effort to discover the real goals and measures of success for a client's venture. We're technology agnostic and therefore focus our energy on aligning user needs with business goals. A crucial part of this first stage is analyzing any similar or inadequate product and listening to what the users have to say about it. In the end, the user's satisfaction will be the greatest measure of success.

After the vision is fleshed out but before the pretty pictures are drawn, one must always create the blueprints. Keeping in mind what the client needs and what the users desire, we proceed to construct the layout of information and the functions therein. Through regular user testing and client feedback, our information architecture and interaction design teams develop the framework that will gratify all involved parties.

With the goals, needs and blueprints in hand, our creative visual designers elevate the project from sketches and wireframes to a unique combination of art and information. Any and all questions of sound, shade, size, and shape are answered and implemented with the goal of making the information delivery and interaction as inviting and visually appealing as possible.

With all the pieces in place, we now take the necessary steps to bring the client's vision to fruition. At this point in the process, our team either moves to coding and development to complete the cycle of design or hands off all elements of the project to the client for their in-house team to execute. In either case, we review the outcome of our work with the client to assure all measures of success are met, if not exceeded, and all parties involved are completely satisfied.

Even as the launch date passes and the project seems closed, we make sure that lines of communication are open to observe resulting improvements and growth and to carry on the relationship between our company and our client's.
